The 2023 HRCA fees are $82.65 for the year and cover the cost of maintaining common areas and amenities in the community.  Membership to HRCA is mandatory per the By-Laws.

 Board of Directors' Meetings

• These monthly meetings are typically held the 3rd Thursday of the month at 7:00PM at a BoD's home.
• Community needs are discussed and committee updates are provided. 
• Community members are welcome to attend the monthly board meetings. Contact the board to get the location of the next meeting.
• If you would like to address the board at a meeting, please make a request at least 10 days in advance. Items not on the agenda will not be addressed.

Annual Community Meeting

• All Hidden Ridge property owners are invited.
• This meeting is held in June at 7:00 pm. The exact date to be determined.
• The purpose of this meeting is to approve the budget, vote for new board members, and discuss community business.
• The location is to be determined.

Special Meetings

• Special meetings of the members may be called at any time by the HRCA President.

The Common Area is available for any household to use as long as their dues are current. The park is not available for reserved or exclusive use.

All parking in Hidden Ridge is considered street parking which is available to anyone, there is no reserved parking.
